This year, though, I have discovered something that I always take for granted but now I am keenly aware that I am grateful for. As we enter this freezing spell, I am thankful for great Heating. I live in a rented townhouse, and I am really blessed in that our landlord has chosen not to increase the rent in many years. In fact, I had a roommate at 1 time, who passed away, and at that time our landlord reduced the rent. Anyway, it is not every landlord who makes sure that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C systems in their rental component are top-notch. Now I will disclose that this is not the most high-priced heating and cooling plan in the world. In fact, I suppose it is on the less high-priced side as far as Heating, Ventilation and A/C systems go. Nonetheless, our landlord does listen to myself and others and if there is a concern with the AC or the heater, she will take immediate measures to make sure that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier is called and any repairs that are necessary are made. I am severely thankful for having a roof over our head and for that roof having a great Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, but especially now, when the temperature control reads in the twenties in the middle of the day, I am thankful for great Heating.

I looked up the reason for elves to have pointy ears, and one of the greatest reason is because they can hear better. They can listen in on children’s dreams and hear what they want for Christmas. They are also the reason Santa never needs to go without heat. They can hear when there is the beginning of a complication with the oil furnace, and they tell Santa. He’ll call the factory Heating and Air Conditioning professionals and have them repair the oil furnace before it becomes a bigger problem. I also read that their ears are a distinguishing trait for elves. Santa is able to look at their ears and suppose who they are and what department they belong in. If Santa sees an Heating and Air Conditioning professional elf, she knows there is something wrong with the oil furnace, and makes sure it is being dealt with. She can send them to the reindeer shed, or even to the garage where they house the sleigh. She never needs to go without Heating and Air Conditioning in her sleigh as long as she knows where the Heating and Air Conditioning elves are. I would enjoy being an Heating and Air Conditioning professional at Santa’s workshop. There would never be a boring moment, and you could eat cookies all the time. I’m not sure I would love the pointy ears, despite the fact that I could used to better hearing.

The parents will sometimes allow their teenagers to watch when I am working.

I don’t mind having an audience, because I have teenagers. Whenever I am working around the house, my teenagers love to see what I am doing. They keep a close eye on me, and will often ask what I’m doing, and even make some suggestions, however my daughter wanted to show myself and others how to repair the Heating and Air Conditioning plan in her dollhouse. She said I wasn’t used to working in tiny homes, and maybe her smaller fingers could do it better, however last week, I went to a lake house that had a four-year-old kid. She was enjoying myself and others working on the oil furnace, and I cracked my knuckles hard enough to make them bleed. If I hadn’t been enjoying the child so closely, I may have come out with some option words, despite the fact that I didn’t want anyone cursing around my teenagers. The child was sitting there quietly until she wasn’t. I put my knuckle in my mouth and she asked myself and others if I knew what I was doing? I just stared at him, but she stared right back. She told myself and others that when dad hurt her knuckles, Dad would tell him she would not have hurt himself if she knew what she was doing. Her dad would call a professional. She smiled and told myself and others her opinion was no problem. Dad tells her dad that all the time.
