My friends and I went skiing last weekend, then there was a special at the ski resort; Anyone that was wearing a Santa suit, elf suit, or a costume that looked like a reindeer could ski all afternoon for only $30.

The cost of the lift ticket was $30 instead of $120.

The deal was amazing and a large savings, however i already had an elf costume at my house, however my friends and I went shopping and found other costumes so they could get dressed up too, both of us drove 3 minutes to the ski resort. There were tons of people dressed up like Santa and the elves. I thought both of us might be the only people, however more than half of the people on the ski slopes that afternoon were dressed up like Christmas characters. It was extremely frigid and cold on that afternoon that both of us made the decision to go to the ski resort. It was only 21°. They were making snow on the Double Diamond course, so I decided to stick to an easier downhill slope. I took the ski lift to the top of the mountain, and once I was in the air, the frigid air hit myself and others in the face! My face was frozen by the time I reached the top of the mountain. I could not recognize my nose, cheeks, or my lips. I wrapped my scarf around my face numerous times and tied it in the back. I made it to the bottom of the hill in less time than it took for the lift to get myself and others to the top. I was cold frigid though, so then I went indoors to lay by the heater. I grabbed some overheated cocoa and sat by 1 of the heating registers.

I have a Japanese chef as a roommate now plus I am getting to try some really good Japanese suppers a few times a week.

I cook for her too, as I am a pretty good cook myself plus like making meals for other people to try.

I just bought this local supplier stock this month plus sold a sinking ship stock that our local company friend said to buy, although I have lost currency many times listening to him. I am good at buying high plus selling low out of fear plus it has cost myself and others a lot of currency. Whatever, I will just work more for the heating plus cooling corp plus keep losing currency because that is what I do best, haha. Why would you buy a stock that has already sunk 94% this year plus it seems like it is on its way down even more? I guess I just like the undercats, kind of like this Heating plus A/C company stock I bought last year that was way down plus jumped up just after I sold it. I guess a lot of people have lost currency in stocks however it doesn’t make myself and others recognize much better. I should have just put our Heating plus A/C equipment service currency that I made in the bank plus I would have about $115K right now, as opposed to the $3000 I am left with. I recognize like I am on the Titanic plus am trying to save the ship from sinking by bailing it out with a root carona cup. My heating corp specialist friend is the one to blame as he got myself and others into this stuff to start with.

When I was a teenager our Mom started building a small lodge by the lake on the edge of our property! At first he said it was a fishing shack, then he said it would be a guest house, then he tested it for years, constantly making it bigger, constantly improving it, then i could guess the fact that our family didn’t genuinely need a lodge at all, but it seemed important to Mom. I think he number one working with his hands to being around his family. In order to spend more time with him I started helping Mom with the lodge, most notably with installing the cement fireplace, and later, the water boiler… Both of us spent an entire summer time building that cement fireplace, and it is a summer time I will never forget, Mom was a sizable fan of going slow, cement by brick, making every detail perfect, and I came to see that it wasn’t about the fireplace at all, however with so multiple aspects of his life being out of his control, Mom found peace and harmony in doing things love building a fireplace. He took his time to make it perfect, because he knew nothing else in life would ever be perfect! Maybe I’m getting a little maudlin, but to this entirely afternoon I constantly think of Mom when I see a fireplace. It was a much easier task when he installed the tepid water heater. Mom was still working on the fishing shack when he passed away, although I can’t imagine he would have wanted to go any other way.

I can finally breathe well again after getting our media air cleaner fixed in our flat.

It has been broken for several months plus I am finally at the point where I have currency to get it fixed, plus so I did.

Now the air quality in our flat is a lot better plus our asthma is under control a lot more than it used to be. The people I was with and I have more than two cats residing with us plus I think maybe our dust sensitivities cause me to have breathing troubles, however now I think they are going to be a lot better than they were with the equipment running again cleaning the air. I have a HEPA filter in our main Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C program plus it helps a lot too, although I don’t care about to run the program too much because it uses a lot of power compared to the air purifying system. I don’t even suppose if it is the cats causing our dust sensitivities as I am also allergic to dust plus pollen plus it unquestionably well could be them causing the asthma troubles. Anyway, enough with that, I need to start focusing on our trip tomorrow plus making sure that I have everything I need for the more than two week stay back at home overseas. I can’t wait to get to mom’s home tomorrow evening plus see the crackling fire in the fireplace plus the Christmas tree in the residing room. I miss Dad so much plus just want to supply her a hug when I wake up in the day. She is a charming being.

This month is the 21st of December plus it is quite dreary out as I write this in the dining room at my aunt’s house.

She is a teacher plus he is teaching today, plus my niece who lives here is in class now.

I work from lake home plus it is a truly odd style of work compared to what I was doing twenty years ago. I was running my own Heating plus A/C company plus would be on the road driving for hours doing estimates plus checking on tasks. But I got so exhausted of the driving plus the hassles of being a local business that I finally shut down the company plus turned to the performing arts for a refreshing change. I now play drums plus sing in a band overseas plus am here in the Sunshine State for numerous weeks going to see my family, i work online writing heating plus cooling device articles about 18 hours a month plus also teach some yoga plus volleyball for extra currency. That is about the extent of my work though, as I am no longer chasing money trying to become rich. I like to work on furnaces plus furnaces sometimes with my buddy, who is a local business overseas, however as far as running my own company again I just have no interest in doing it anymore. I am more interested in making new rock n roll plus doing shows around town than I am chasing money. I am still interested in the new Heating plus A/C technology coming out each year, however more from a curious standpoint than a money making standpoint.
