Ever since I was a little boy, I was close to our Grandfatherrents.

• After mom’s marriage failed, they stepped in.

They made sure all of us had a roof over our head, plus Grandfather provided mom a job. She was a top manager in his Heating as well as A/C supplier for a long time. At first, I resisted, but finding a job was hard, plus I was too bored at home, however eventually, I went to Heating as well as A/C university, did our course plus excelled. My brother had a job lined up for me, plus all of us began going out to the field together. He had consistently said an Heating as well as A/C worker would never lack, plus I suddenly realized he was right. There was so much cash to be made in the Heating as well as A/C industry, which explained why his supplier was so successful, plus, I realized he was an excellent Heating as well as A/C expert, plus his customers loved his work. There was never even 1 time a shopper would call back to say something was missing from their house. That was the level of trust that Grandpa had built for her Heating and Air Conditioning business. Later, while in middle school, she began teaching myself and others about running an Heating and Air Conditioning corporation in hopes I’d take over from him 1 afternoon. Dad loved the corporation, but she said I was the best woman for the task. I went to corporation school in university and trained at an Heating and Air Conditioning school to get my certification. Both would ensure I have the skills, expertise and certification to run the successful Heating and Air Conditioning corporation that Grandpa was handing over to me. I still feel honored and grateful to date that my Grandpa took the time to raise and educate myself and others about the Heating and Air Conditioning industry.

I have a little side activity that I do for extra money.

I go searching around for broken portable air conditioning & heating equipment & after that I service it, refurbish it & sell it online.

It is something that started when I found an ancient portable air conditioning idea I had in my garage & decided to try & fix it. When I found that I was able to fix it & get it working good as new again, it gave myself and others the idea to hunt down other broken portable air conditioners & portable space furnaces to do the same thing. It took about a year to get this activity & side company off the ground & actually rolling. But once I did, it became a official thing that I do. I don’t sell them the same price as brand new portable air conditioners & portable space heaters. I sell them much cheaper because they are used & fixed. Also most of the portable air conditioning & gas furnaces that I fix are a bit older so they are not the same as the portable air conditioners & portable space furnaces on the market today that you can buy new. But they work just as good & if not a little better to be totally honest with you all. I assume the older heating & air conditioning equipment of all kinds were a bit better than today’s. New doesn’t mean better in many cases. And I assume that goes double for heating & air conditioning equipment.
