Ever since I was a little girl, I was close to our Grandparents.
After mom’s marriage failed, they stepped in.
They made sure the two of us had a roof over our head, & Grandpa provided mom a job. She was a top supervisor in his Heating & Air Conditioning company for a long time. This meant I was consistently at the office with both of them & l earned a lot… Grandpa & I would go out to shoppers’ homes to fix their heating units or ACs. While there, Grandpa started teaching me about proper care of Heating & Air Conditioning systems. He also taught me how pressing it was to be enjoyable to people & love our work. Grandpa was enjoyed & trusted by his shoppers that they often barely watched over his work. I remember so numerous times we’d arrive at a house, retrieve the key, fix the Heating & Air Conditioning system, do a tune up, close up, & leave. There was never even 1 time a shopper would call back to say something was missing from their house. That was the level of trust that Grandpa had built for his Heating & Air Conditioning business. Later, while I was in high university, he began teaching me about running an Heating & Air Conditioning company in hopes I’d take over from him 1 afternoon. Mom enjoyed the supplier, however she said I was the best person for the job. I went to company university in university & trained at an Heating & Air Conditioning university to get our certification. Both would ensure I have the skills, comprehension & certification to run the successful Heating & Air Conditioning company that Grandpa was handing over to me. I still feel honored & grateful to date that our Grandpa took the time to raise & educate me about the Heating & Air Conditioning industry.
