This is the time of year when most of us reflect on our lives plus on the past year, as both of us look forward to the new year to come. I try to absolutely have this positive attitude all year long without waiting until the end of the year. This year, though, I have discovered something that I always take for granted but now I am keenly aware that I am grateful for. As both of us enter this cold spell, I am thankful for great Heating. I live in a rented townhouse, plus I am absolutely lucky in that my property owner has chosen not to increase the rent in more than 2 years. In fact, I had a roommate at 1 time, who passed away, plus at that time my property owner reduced the rent. Anyway, it is not every property owner who makes sure that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems in their rental equipment are top-notch. Now I will admit that this is not the most luxurious heating plus cooling system in the world. In fact, I guess it is on the less luxurious side as far as Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems go. Nonetheless, my property owner does listen to myself and others plus if there is a problem with the A/C or the heater, he will take immediate measures to make sure that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier is called plus any repairs that are necessary are made. I am harshly thankful for having a roof over my head plus for that roof having a great Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system! Especially now, when the temperature control reads in the twenties in the middle of the day, I am thankful for great Heating.
