I managed to get a sore throat some time ago plus now it is a sinus infection.
I am extremely allergic to dust so I am being careful to not breathe in especially when I am sick in a brutal manner.
I hope it will be gone soon plus I will be back to my typical healthy self but I think that I need to keep my HEPA filter washed so no dust blows around the flat. I guess I just got fairly tired from playing so much volleyball plus also I wasn’t sleeping unquestionably well because I was staying up super late. My Heating plus A/C machine rep told me that dust could intensify my cold plus that I need to be careful not to breathe it in. I may go buy an air purification machine this month to aid my Heating plus A/C machine in keeping the dust out of my residence. I guess they have some wonderful units for a fairly good price so I will take a look at the Heating plus A/C machine business this month plus see what they got. I just want to keep this infection out of my lungs for the next couple of afternoons plus it should be out of my body by then. I have a single of those ppm meters to measure the air quality in my residence so I am going to use it later plus see where I stand. I bet there is some dust in the air plus that once I get the portable air purifying machine it will be a lot better. Once I eat some dinner I will go down to the store.
