Writing a guideline book for managing HVAC businesses

I have several HVAC businesses scattered around the country.

I have been in the industry for three decades and understand the ins and out.

I have received several awards commending me for running a successful business. Sometimes, I get invitations to advise upcoming entrepreneurs in the industry. I recently considered writing a book of tips and guidelines for running a successful company. To achieve this project, I would need the assistance of other experienced HVAC techs. I did my research and quoted a few HVAC providers in the book. The professionals provided similar tips, including hiring qualified HVAC repairmen who know their way around quality HVAC equipment. This way, the customers get satisfied with the services offered. It also means that furnace/heater installations and furnace/heater repairs are done with the highest quality. Another tip is to know the location and the demand for quality heating services. The business is bound to succeed with the right spot and sufficient demand. Another important tip is to stock equipment that has high demand, such as temperature control devices and hydronic heating systems. Every homeowner will, at some point, purchase these devices. Another device that customers prefer to provide whole home heating is the portable space heater. It took me a month to develop tips that would help every entrepreneur and heating contractors open successful companies in the heating industry. The peak season is when homeowners do furnace/heater tune-ups in the fall and spring seasons. You can run a sale during this time to encourage customers to shop with your company. I launched the guideline book that the heating community has entirely accepted.
