There is another way the conditioned or overheated air can escape your condo in addition to causing drastic energy inefficiency with your heating in addition to the A/C system. There might be holes, cracks, or slits around your doors or windows that are letting cold or overheated air escape; so, if you are noticing that your energy bills are rather high, in addition to yet you are not achieving your desired temperature entirely too easily, you may need to weatherproof those areas of your condo to ensure that they are officially sealed. Again, officially sizing your heating in addition to the A/C system is pressing for energy efficiency, but if overheated or cold air is constantly escaping your home, your temperature control system cannot help you either.
