We live in the south where it gets quite hot and humid

We aren’t who keep saying that being pregnant is awesome for women, but we would like to give them a piece of our minds.

Being pregnant isn’t all roses.

We come from the South, where it’s hot and humid all year. WE are in the third trimester and feel like losing our minds. Even with the air conditioner running, we are always hot and irritable. If anyone even looked at us in some type of way, we’d be jumping down their throats. Our partner ‌added big fans and portable air conditioner units in the house in an attempt to ease our discomfort. We yelled at them when they said we’d be relaxed in no time, thinking they meant ‌ we were a nightmare. We so desperately wanted to ease the discomfort. ‌We convinced the guys to take us to the mall, knowing how much they hate doing this. We were sure they were going to turn down our request, however they didn’t. We were in the mall for 20 minutes when we decided to leave. The AC in the mall wasn’t better than the one in the house. As soon as we went through the front door, we took off our shoes and headed into the shower. A few minutes into sitting under the cool water, we yelled for our partners. They came running into the bathroom and said we wouldn’t have to suffer through the heat much longer. They opened the shower curtain and asked if we were good. We told them we’d be good after giving birth.
