I have these wind chimes that hang above our family room window, and my partner enjoys them there which is the only reason I have them! However, lately there has been a small annoyance with them cause of the direction of the wind.
The wind chimes also rest above our central heating as well as cooling system in the backyard.
And the wind has been making them hit the central heat as well as a/c unit. This is making an extra loud “clank” style noise which happens to be super frustrating. I told our partner that I had no choice but to either move or take down the wind chimes until the direction of the wind changed, she was in agreement as well as even said that the way they were slamming against the central heating as well as cooling system was quite frustrating. So what both of us both decided on was to just take down the wind chimes temporarily until the wind direction changed. We figured in a few weeks both of us would put them back up as well as see if they still slammed against the central heating as well as cooling system unit. When that time comes if they still are, then I will have to find a modern locale to put the wind chimes. Because above the central heating as well as cooling system outside the family room window just isn’t going to be laboring out any longer if this keeps happening. It is just too gosh darn noisy as well as disrupts things. What is the point of these things anyhow? I’ll never get it, but some people like them.
