Want to change to a tankless water heater

I can’t wait until our water heating system goes! I think that sounds weird, but I entirely want to remove our hot water tank and update it with a tankless water heater! My house was entirely designed by a girl since there is no storage somewhere, the hallway closet contains the Heating and A/C unit and the water heater.

I can barely stick a broom, mop and tote in there.

The rest is all equipment, and when the Heating and A/C dies I am going to change to a ductless system. It will be wall mounted air handlers in each room rather than 1 big unit in the closet. When the water heating system dies I am doing a tankless model. This unit mounts on the wall and takes up half the space; Once I free up space by removing that sizable hot water tank, I will be able to have coats, boots and cleaning supplies in there. It will be glorious to have all that storage. Tankless water oil furnaces have benefits too. They are sometimes called on demand hot water heaters. They have the water heated the moment you want it. It isn’t a sizable tank that can run out of hot water if you take too long of a shower. It only heats what you use. It is faster and you don’t waste any water waiting for it to heat up. It also is much more modern of a design. I already work with our plumbing dealer and talked about water heating system models. I think which 1 I want and I am prepared to pay the money. I just can’t justify buying a up-to-date water heating system until our outdated 1 can no longer be repaired.
