I got a sore throat a few days ago and now it is a sinus infection.
I am really allergic to dust so I am being careful to not breathe in especially when I am sick like this.
I hope it will be gone soon and I will be back to my normal healthy self but I know that I need to keep my HEPA filter clean so no dust blows around the flat. I think I just got overtired from playing so much volleyball and also I wasn’t sleeping very well because I was staying up so late. My HVAC rep told me that dust could exacerbate my cold and that I need to be careful not to breathe it in. I may go buy an air purifier today to aid my HVAC system in keeping the dust out of my flat. I think they have some good units for a decent price so I will take a look at the HVAC company today and see what they got. I just want to keep this infection out of my lungs for the next couple of days and it should be out of my body by then. I have one of those ppm meters to measure the air quality in my flat so I am going to use it later and see where I stand. I bet there is some dust in the air and that once I get the portable air purifying system it will be a lot better. Once I eat some breakfast I will go down to the store.
