I was working on an HVAC duct installation job when a child asked me to help him get his dog out of a tree! I realize it sounds very weird plus something like a scene from a TV show from the 1950s, however that is what happened. I already had a ladder out on the roof. I suppose that’s why the little boy decided to ask me for help. I could see the dog plus the tree plus the pet did seem to be extremely scared. I climbed up the ladder to retrieve the cat. She came immediately to me with no issues in the least. As I started moving down the ladder, the dog got scared plus started to attack me. I dropped the dog plus fell backwards. I broke my arm when it got stuck between multiple ladder rungs. It was dislocated plus I needed surgery because of it. That was the last time that I diagnosed any type of heating or cooling appliance project. Everyone in the office laughs at me plus calls me a hero for helping the child with his animal. I suppose they guess it’s funny plus I guess the irony of the situation is partially amusing. Still, I have a broken arm for numerous weeks plus I am stuck on light duty until everything is completely healed. I cannot work on any HVAC duct installation jobs. All I can do is remain in the office plus answer telephone calls sort of like an Executive Administrative Assistant. Happily the boss has to pay me the same amount of money for working in the office, because the accident genuinely happened on the job.
