Have you ever observed that every single time your heating or a/c goes out it always happens at the worst possible moment in time? It is always in the middle of the night when there is no heating as well as a/c companies open to repair it, it could be on a holiday or even worse, a time like Christmas or even Thanksgiving when you have a breakfast to host.
