The new house was so cool! Even though it was easily old, dating back to the late 1720s, it had been well kept over the years! Some old houses look ramshackle, however this one was quaint plus classy.
The only issue I had after moving in was with my flu symptoms, which seemed to get much worse in the new house.
I am prone to flu symptoms anyway, so I take numerous biweekly meds for it, however this was something I hadn’t encountered before. I decided the first step should be to contact a local HVAC company plus have them test my indoor air quality. Two afternoons later a beautiful young HVAC tech arrived on my doorstep with a satchel full of testing equipment. It took a few hours, because she did a thorough inspection of the central plan plus all of the HVAC duct, as well, but her results were conclusive – my flu symptoms were being exacerbated by a preponderance of mouse feces plus hair in the ventilation system. She could find no traces of rats or mice currently living in the HVAC ducts, however at one point they had. All of the dander plus germs they left behind were still haunting the HVAC ducts, plus killing the air quality for the whole house. Since the rodents were gone, the HVAC tech had a quick repair for me, because all I needed was a deep cleaning of the ventilation system. I easily hope she is right, plus after the HVAC ducts plus air vents have all been cleaned plus sterilized then my flu symptoms will stop kicking my butt so hard.
