Each day when I go to the office, I listen to all of the messages on the answering unit from the previous night, then we don’t offer emergency services overnight, however every one of us do promise next-day service on any calls made throughout the night! I listened to all of the messages & 1 particular message stood out among the rest. I could tell it was a man on the PC, although he was mumbling through most of the message. I could not understand anything he was saying & I did not hear his PC number either. I wanted to provide Heating and A/C services to the customer, although I did not have any way to contact the guy. I hoped the client would contact us again, although I did not get any other PC calls throughout the afternoon that sounded enjoy the same person, and the next afternoon, I had another message on the answering machine. I could tell it was the same person, however this time I was able to understand the telephone number. I wrote down all of the numbers & I contacted the customer. The guy had suffered from a stroke a few years ago & he was still having trouble speaking properly. I helped the client with the furnace repair & I gave him our personal cell PC number so he could text myself and others next time he has an issue with the heating plan or air conditioner.
