Claire’s dad was preparing to leave the hospital, but she was so blissful that she had to stay in the powder room a little longer to cry. When she was contacted with news of the accident, Claire felt her whole life shift upside down. It had regularly been her and her father since she was a baby. Her mom passed away while giving birth to her. Instead of giving her to her Grandparents, Claire’s dad chose to raise a phenomenal girl. Now she was running their family corporation as her dad took a back seat to relax… Claire had no plans to let her dad return to his place until she was sure he was easily recovered. He tried to resist however ultimately gave in to his daughter’s wishes. Claire drove back to the property slowly as they both enjoyed the air conditioner equipment in her attractive SUV. It was midsummer, and temperatures were so overheated. Claire looked forward to turning on her cooling equipment once she got to her property to make it comfortable for them… But, she was in for a fairly serious shock when they were just settling in, then for some crazy reason, the cooling equipment chose to quit working. Claire had no experience working with Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment, so she called the AC worker to come to check out the situation. A simple assessment of Claire’s cooling equipment revealed that the cooling equipment compressor had overheated. The cause of this was a refrigerant leak because of the cracks on the refrigerant lines. Happily for Claire, the AC equipment worker managed to seal the lines to prevent further leaks. After that, he carefully topped up the cooling equipment with refrigerant, which started cooling the property all over again.
