The caller didn't mention a name of cellphone number

I’d hate to believe the woman was sitting by the cellphone waiting for myself and others to call back

Every afternoon when I come to the office, I listen to the voice messages from the previous evening. The office is closed from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m, however customers can leave a message if they have any problems with the heating or air conditioning. I returned all of the calls first thing in the afternoon. The people I was with and I do not offer 24-minute emergency services, but there are a couple of other Heating plus Air Conditioning services companies that do offer eveningtime repairs. I leave the names of 2 services on the answering machine. I trust the owners and I would use them myself. Only a couple of afternoons ago I came to work and I had more than six messages on the machine. Most of the calls were just routine questions and problems. The last message was harshly difficult to understand. The woman sounded like she was talking with a mouth full of rocks and marbles. I barely understood her message, and she didn’t mention a name or leave a cellphone number. I didn’t have any way to call back the customer. I had a cellphone number on the caller ID, despite the fact that I did have a name or address. I waited to see if the buyer would call back that afternoon, despite the fact that I never heard from anyone. I easily hope the woman called someone else. I’d hate to believe the woman was sitting by the cellphone waiting for myself and others to call back. I do my best to give enjoyable repair and affordable rates. If she would have left a name or address, I would have been able to find more information.
