Every afternoon when I come to the office, I listen to the voice messages from the previous evening.
- The office is closed from 7 p.m.
until 7 a.m, however customers can leave a message if they have any problems with the heating or cooling system. I returned all of the calls first thing in the afternoon. Every one of us do not offer 24-fourth emergency services, but there are a couple of other Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C services companies that do offer eveningtime repairs. I leave the names of 2 services on the answering machine. I trust the owners as well as I would use them myself. Not that many of afternoons ago I came to work as well as I had seven messages on the machine. Most of the calls were just routine questions as well as problems. The last message was seriously strenuous to understand. The guy sounded love he was talking with a mouth full of rocks as well as marbles. I barely understood his message, as well as he didn’t mention a name or leave a cellphone number. I didn’t have any way to call back the customer. I had a cellphone number on the caller ID, although I did have a name or address. I waited to see if the shopper would call back that afternoon, although I never heard from anyone. I truthfully hope the guy called someone else. I’d hate to suppose the guy was resting by the cellphone waiting for me to call back. I do our best to supply nice repair as well as affordable rates. If he would have left a name or address, I would have been able to find more information.
