When a hot water heater broke, our hubby looked into tankless hot water heaters, but since we were the only ones in the house, he thought the tankless hot water furnace would be more efficient for us.
We used our dishwasher which heated the water on it soon. We only use freezing water for washing clothes. The main reason for having hot water was for cleaning and bathing. With a tankless hot water heater, we didn’t need to use a lot of electricity like we did for our 70 gallon sizzling water heater. We saved almost $20 a month on our electric bill and realized the tankless hot water furnace was perfect for us.
