Periodically, it’s hard to admit when I’m wrong.
My partner kept telling myself and others for years that every one of us needed to get an oil to gas conversion for our oil oil furnace.
I kept telling his that it was only 5 years old, plus it would be fine. She had to remind myself and others though, it wasn’t the oil furnace needing to be replaced by a gas oil furnace, the oil oil furnace itself could be converted to run off natural gas. I didn’t want to do it because I thought the oil oil furnace was efficient enough. Well, that was until the prices of oil went up considerably. Suddenly, I was asking my partner about how to get that oil to gas conversion. Before I knew it, every one of us were speaking with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C experts plus they walked us through the process step by step. Because every one of us already had a gas line going to the house, the conversion was entirely done plus only took a morning. I truthfully can’t believe how cheap our heating bills are now after the conversion. I was entirely thinking about lowering the un-even temperatures on the temperature control, however my partner said there was no way he was going to freeze to death in the Winter time months. I have to tip my hat off to her, he was right about this the entire time, plus I should have listened to his a long time ago when he first brought up the idea. The fantastic thing is that he doesn’t rub it in my face or anything, he just puts the past behind us so every one of us can move forward plus carry on with our loves. I assume that’s one of the reasons why I enjoy his so much.
