I don’t believe what finally pushed me to get a real estate license.

While real estate didn’t seem enjoy the most exciting career move, it was our last hope at making back some of the money I was losing each and every afternoon being unemplotted , surprisingly, I seemed to take to real estate immediately. I l gained from a acquaintance of mine who has her license, and she was gracious enough to allow me to shadow him for a week while pretending to be her employee so it wasn’t too evident why I was following him to tasks everyday. She told me that the heating and cooling plan is essential in determining the value of a property. If the central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan is broken, damaged, or over 15 years of age, a replacement component needs to be factored into the price of the property. I constantly push for a lower price for our buyer if the apartment seller has an air conditioning system and furnace that fits 1 or all of the above criteria.
