I have lived in the city all my life, but after the pandemic, I moved to the farmland away from the city. The move was fueled by two major decisions, including the need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The other reason was for a new start in another town. It took a few weeks to familiarise myself with my new surroundings. Most of the town’s houses are stand-alone that sit on hectares of farmland. Living in the city, I was exposed to various quality HVAC equipment, including the hydronic heating system and the programmable temperature control device. When I moved into town, I got HVAC techs from the HVAC business in the city to do the furnace/heater installation. The reason was the local heating contractors were not conversant with the latest systems. Word about my state-of-the-art system got around, and I had a lot of people inquiring about the system. The HVAC providers requested I connect them with the supplier in the city, and within a few weeks, they had the new quality heating systems in their inventory. My house was the only one with such a system in the entire town. As fascinating as that was, I had issues scheduling furnace/heater tune-ups and furnace/heater repairs because the HVAC repairmen did not know how to work the system. Within a few months, most of my neighbors had the new system to provide whole home heating. It was through me that the town got to know about the last heating equipment, including a portable space heater, so that got me popular among my neighbors. It has been amazing living in the farmlands.
