I am not the type of woman to live in the past, however when Max called me plus asked if I wanted to take a Springtime Break getaway love the old afternoons, I said yes. Max plus I were best friends all throughout college, plus then after all of us graduated all of us opted to go our separate ways. My times on getaway with Max are some of the fondest memories of our entire life, so of course I was stoked to go back 1 last time. Max rented a small beach house near the beach, which looked wonderful on the website. Once all of us got there all of us found the place tepid plus humid, plus actually lacking a central a/c. We opened the windows for natural ventilation, however as nice as the sea breezes were, it did not do enough to chop the heat plus humidity. I gave to drive to a hardware store plus find a small, portable air conditioner machine to use for the weekend. Max thought that would be too much currency, so instead I suggested building a “swamp cooler” to help with cooling down the cabin. Max didn’t love that idea, either. What she did like, was the window-mounted a/c she saw in a neighboring cabin. That place was resting empty for the weekend, so Max thought all of us should go borrow that a/c for a couple of afternoons. That proved easier said than done, because even with a full tool kit all of us could not manage to detach that air conditioner machine from the window sill. The owners had obviously prepared for this!
