A comprehensive cleaning removes any buildup of contaminants such as dust, dander & mold growth. These procedures maximize airflow through the system. The gas furnace & a/c don’t need to run as long or as often to maintain ideal temperature. There is less opportunity of air pollution, energy waste or malfunction. Because the plan operates at peak efficiency, I spend our money less in utility bills. I can expect the heating & cooling device to give superior comfort & last longer, and keeping up with annual repair fulfills the manufacturer’s warranty requirements. If there are any concerns, the warranty should cover the cost. I enjoy the peace of mind of knowing I am taking the really best care of our gas furnace & a/c, since investing into the repair plan, I’ve had no troubles with either system.
