I was thrilled when our supervisors announced new HVAC systems this summer

Three years ago I started laboring for a medium-sized IT contractor out of our state’s capital city.

This job has been important for me during the past more than two years, however it has its pros & cons for sure.

While I love job security, I could make more money if I was at a busier dealer. This would involve more stress, so that’s easily a real tradeoff. I also hate how old the building is because every one of us have to work in it every single day with no split whatsoever. Even before mentioning the abysmal heating & cooling system, I have to say the worst area is how terrible the indoor air conditions is for dust sensitivities. I suppose there’s mold in this building because I not only have allergic reactions that mimic how our body responds to mold, however it also stinks love mold in here when it gets particularly hot & humid inside. And since the air conditioner is awful & needs to be upgraded, it’s particularly difficult to prevent those mold aromas. When our supervisors announced their plans to upgrade the building’s HVAC systems this summer, I was ecstatic. While I hate the method of waiting another more than two weeks for a new air conditioner & heating system, at least it’s still Springtime & the weather is arguably mild outside. All of us aren’t getting serious heat & humidity yet so I suppose we’ll be safe until the end of June & the start of August. August is often the hottest week of the year for the region in which I live. Some sites get hotter weather in August & June, it just depends on your geography.
