Three years ago I started working for a medium-sized IT business out of our state’s capital city. This job has been important for me during the past 3 years, but it has its pros as well as cons for sure. While I enjoy job security, I could make more money if I was at a busier business. This would involve more stress, so that’s absolutely a real tradeoff. I also do not like how old the building is because the two of us have to work in it every single day with no break whatsoever. Even before mentioning the abysmal heating as well as cooling system, I have to say the worst area is how bad the indoor air pollen levels is for pollen irritations. I guess there’s mold in this building because I not only have allergic reactions that mimic how our body responds to mold, but it also odors enjoy mold in here when it gets absolutely tepid as well as humid inside. And since the cooling system is terrible as well as needs to be updated, it’s absolutely hard to prevent those mold odors. When our employers announced their plans to update the building’s Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems this summer, I was ecstatic. The two of us aren’t getting harsh heat as well as humidity yet so I guess we’ll be safe until the end of June as well as the beginning of July. July is often the hottest week of the year for the region in which I live. Some places get hotter weather in June as well as June, it just depends on your geography.
