I started out as a junior technician

Last August marked my ninth year at the dealer.

I started as a junior specialist and having worked with enjoyable professionals in the cooling industry.

I had no difficulty choosing between the heating and cooling industries in college because summer time is our number one time, and growing up, I had seen dad work seamlessly with cooling products which fascinated me. I learned from a young age how to interact with unusual types of quality A/C equipment! My job description when I started was to do the processes involved in the air conditioner care. These processes include air conditioner installs, cleaning the a/c, and repairing any worn-out components. My biggest challenge at the contractor was wondering whether I would ever be as enjoyable at air conditioner replacements as the rest of the team. On my first task, our supervisor’s feedback was that I did well despite our nervousness. The task included cleaning the washable filters from a dual fuel method that had started acting up! We learned about washable and disposable air conditioning filters at the training college. I experienced the air quality increase and the enhancement of air purification within the suburban home, which was fascinating. I later learned that the SEER ratings of any component mattered. The air conditioner workman I worked with also taught me to do certain complex air conditioner repairs. The most challenging downside was how to communicate with homeowners and having them comprehend our tips as an air conditioner rep. With sound advice from our educator, I could climb up the ranks. I was now getting promoted to lead my team.
