I actually got a sore throat a few days back in addition to now it is a sinus infection. I am sincerely allergic to dust so I am being cautious to not breathe in especially when I am sick in this fashion. I hope it will be gone soon in addition to I will be back to my normal healthy self although I know that I need to keep my HEPA filter clean so no dust blows around the property. I suppose I just got incredibly exhausted from playing so much volleyball in addition to also I wasn’t sleeping especially well because I was staying up so late. My Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C equipment rep told me that dust could exacerbate my brutal cold in addition to that I need to be careful not to breathe it in. I may go buy a quality air purifier today to aid my Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C equipment in keeping the dust out of my place. I suppose they have some wonderful units for an excellent price so I will take a look at the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C equipment business today in addition to see what they got. I simply want to keep this infection out of my lungs for the next couple of days in addition to it should be out of my body soon enough. I have one of those ppm meters to measure the air quality in my property so I am going to use it later in addition to see where I stand. I bet there is a small amount of dust in the air in addition to once I get the portable air purifying equipment it will be a lot better. Once I eat some supper I will drive down to the store.
