I really love the HVAC company in the small town where we live now.
The guys who own it are really nice and they are all very knowledgeable about my heating and cooling system.
I think that they must have been in the house that we are living in before because they are very familiar with the HVAC system that is installed here. I don’t know if they worked for the people who lived here before us, but I think they probably did. Otherwise they probably would not know so much about our HVAC unit. Anyway, working with these guys is very different from working with the HVAC company that we used to have in the big city that we moved here from. In the city, you don’t really get very personalized service if you know what I mean. I always felt like I was just a number on an invoice to the people who serviced our HVAC system back in the big city. But here, it’s a totally different feeling. Around here in this small town where we live now, I feel like the owners of the HVAC company really care about us and our indoor air quality. Maybe it’s not true and they are putting on a good show, but I don’t think that’s it at all. I really think that they are kind caring people who like taking care of their community with the heating and cooling service that they provide here. I just love the HVAC company in our small town. I think that small town HVAC companies are much better than larger ones!
