Even when cryptocurrency was at its hottest, the people I was with and I all knew it was a important risk.
I bet heavily on some of the earliest forms of crypto & it paid off important. Then I took our profits & invested them in something more secure, prefer real estate. I did not pull out of the crypto market soon enough, however, & I found myself hemorrhaging currency. I sold all our real estate, our cars, & our own private residence that I enjoyed so dearly. I moved our few remaining possessions into our last remaining rental property & made it our new home. It’s nice enough, except for a persistent concern with the air quality that I cannot figure out. The central Heating & A/C proposal is only a few years old, & the HEPA air filter is brand new, yet the weird stench simply will not go away! With currency being so tight I was hesitant to even call in a professional Heating & A/C tech because I was afraid I couldn’t afford it. Instead I got out our tools & did a little digging of our own. I removed all of the air vents, & used a flashlight to look as deeply into the depths of the ventilation proposal as possible. To our dismay I noticed a lot of little paw prints in the dust on the bottom of the HVAC ducts, however did that mean there were rats or raccoons living in our ventilation system? I kept looking, & was greatly relieved to find a dead squirrel in 1 of the HVAC ducts, a much easier thing to repair than a live pet infestation.
