I will be at the lake home all day today doing some writing as well as maybe really working around the home a bit fixing things as well as cleaning for my mom.
The people I was with and I are going to be selling this home in another 6 weeks as well as he is paying me well to do things around the home instead of having to hire someone to do it.
The only thing that I can’t work on is the heating as well as the A/C system. I don’t guess too much about it as well as I would rather not try to attempt to work on it myself. The people I was with and I have a great heating as well as an A/C dealer down the road as well as I am friends with the owner so we will most likely hire them to do any heating or A/C service that we may need in the future. I first want to get the place painted inside as well as out as well as then do all of the small things that I can do around here. I need to service many toilets because they are loose as well as wobbling when you rest on them. I guess the cooling system needs to be charged with coolant because it seems to be blowing warmer air than it should as well as running a lot longer than it used to. I stopped and saved my mom a lot of money by painting the inside as well as outside of the home as I was a painter for multiple years when I ran my own painting dealer. The local contractor that he used to have to paint for him went out of contractor because the owner got sick so I was the next best choice for the work.
