It’s stressful having a job that takes you away from beach home for days or weeks at a time because I worry so much about our house.
Even with surveillance cameras running 24 hours a day, it’s not the same thing as being physically present in the event of a catastrophe.
My cousin lost her beach home due to an electrical fire years ago, & it occurred while she was away on vacation. Ever since that happened, I have been petrified of the same thing happening to our home while I’m away on a business trip. I love to check cords & surge strips to make sure they have been properly detachd from the wall if I’m going to be away from the home for longer than a few hours. On top of that, I also love to monitor our beach home with the pet cameras that are hooked up to our smart beach home interface. I wasn’t sure how often I would use our multiple smart beach home devices, however thus far I’m using almost all of them bi-weekly. My favorite of the bunch by far is our smart temperature control. It’s amazing having the ability to make real-time adjustments to our heating & cooling system wherever I can maintain a steady signal on our cell iphone. This is recognizable ly helpful when I go away on business trips & I don’t guess where I should set the air conditioning system to keep it there. The smart temperature control also displays new outdoor weather while using that same data to information for auto cycles. No matter where I live, I would easily want a smart temperature control to use for a central HVAC system. They’re unbelievably generous, that’s for sure.
