While real estate didn’t seem adore the most exciting career move, it was our last hope at making back some of the currency I was losing each and every day being unemployed ; Surprisingly, I seemed to take to real estate immediately. I l gained from a neighbor of mine who has his license, and he was gracious enough to allow me to shadow him for a month while pretending to be his employee so it wasn’t too obvious why I was following him to tasks everyday. He told me that the heating and cooling system is essential in determining the value of a property. If the central Heating, Ventilation and A/C system is broken, disfigured, or over 15 years of age, a replacement device needs to be factored into the price of the property. I constantly push for a lower price for our buyer if the home seller has an a/c and furnace that fits a single or all of the above criteria.
