I am going to do heated flooring in the process

I already have the brick board all prepared for him.

I have been slowly renovating each room in my house, right now I am working in my family room and connected master lavatory. I totally got the space and made it new. I ripped up the seasoned carpet in the family room and laminate floor in the lavatory. I also painted the walls a new color, scrapped the popcorn ceiling and painted, both rooms have new lights, switch plate covers and outlet guts. I replaced the windows as well. My lavatory got a new toilet, sink, faucet and shower surround as well. Now I am working on the flooring for both rooms. I am going to add a yellow penny tile to the lavatory and a gray rectangle tile to my family room. I have all my materials, the grout, mastic and brick board. I then took a pause moment and realized I could genuinely install heated flooring. I am going room by room anyway. The cost of adding heated flooring should not be too much if I split it into pieces. I looked up the price for my family room and lavatory and it didn’t add too much to my budget. What is nice is that I made a cash deal with my local Heating and Air Conditioning professional on the install. I already have the brick board all prepared for him. All she has to do is lay down the mats and make sure the thermostat works. I then will put my tile over top of it and have heated flooring. That is going to be so cool. I can’t wait to have warm feet in the winter.
