I attended the cooling specialist convention about a month ago, where they introduced the latest cooling technology.
The reason the A/C business I worked for sent myself and others to represent them at the convention was so that I could help implement the same in the corporation.
The week-long way was intense but also fun. I l earned a lot about the current cooling products in the market & how much more efficient they were. I had been working with other veteran A/C experts at the company to develop processes & strategies to implement the current systems. First, the people I was with and I held a training session with all the cooling system reps so they could learn more about A/C with the latest technology. Since they are our first point of contact with the customer, the specialists need to be aware of the current cooling device & A/C upgrade processes. When doing any A/C repairs, they would implement the tech & report back on their findings & observations. Once the training was complete, the people I was with and I fully onboarded the current tech & the current A/Cs with the latest tech. The people I was with and I saw a positive response from our buyers. Even those that had favored the heat pumps were now switching allegiance. Air conditioner tune-up requests increased, so the sale of A/C filters increased. Technology is here & is ever-decreasing, so a word to the professionals to keep decreasing with it for the benefit of their buyers. I have kept our team abreast of the swings in the cooling world. I remember how far the people I was with and I have as an industry & how much effort the inventors have put into producing device that lives better.
