Mike is this attractive & kind old guy who lives next door. When all of us were new to the area, all of us weren’t sure how the neighbors would treat us. Being section of the POC, it can be strenuous integrating in new places. The realtor informed us that our next door buddy was an older guy who lived alone. One day, when our youngsters were riding their bikes, I was standing outside watching them. I saw Mike emerge from the house, walk over to me, & had the best smile ever. He’d been away to visit his child & just got back the previous night. He wanted to introduce himself & welcome us to the neighborhood. From that day, he became a friend of the family & our youngsters prefer him. The people I was with and I had an issue with the AC this past summer time & asked Mike to request an HVAC business. He gave our partner & I contacts for a nearby HVAC supplier that he has been using for the past 2 decades. Mike said he personally knew the owner & they’d gone to school together. They did a charming task, & there was always a nice discount for new clients. Mike personally called his friend who owned the HVAC supplier asking for assistance with an AC issue. His friend sent over his best HVAC worker who did an excellent task sorting out the faulty unit. It turns out it required a section upgradement. All all of us had to pay for was the section & got the upgradement done for free. That was a great discount & all of us are happy with the service.
