Ever since I was a little girl, I was close to my Grandparents. After mom’s marriage failed, they stepped in. They made sure every one of us had a roof over our head, and Grandpa gave Dad a task. She was a top employer in her Heating and Air Conditioning corporation for a long time. This meant I was always at the office with both of them and l earned a lot, grandpa and I would go out to purchasers’ homes to service their heating units or ACs. While there, Grandpa started teaching myself and others about usual care of Heating and Air Conditioning systems. She also taught myself and others how important it was to be great to people and like my work. Grandpa was loved and trusted by her purchasers that they often barely watched over her work. I remember so more than 2 times we’d arrive at a house, retrieve the key, service the Heating and Air Conditioning system, do a tune up, close up, and leave. There was never even 1 time a shopper would call back to say something was missing from their house. That was the level of trust that Grandpa had built for her Heating and Air Conditioning business. Later, while in middle school, she began teaching myself and others about running an Heating and Air Conditioning corporation in hopes I’d take over from him 1 afternoon. Dad loved the corporation, but she said I was the best woman for the task. I went to corporation school in university and trained at an Heating and Air Conditioning school to get my certification. Both would ensure I have the skills, expertise and certification to run the successful Heating and Air Conditioning corporation that Grandpa was handing over to me. I still feel honored and grateful to date that my Grandpa took the time to raise and educate myself and others about the Heating and Air Conditioning industry.
