Ductless or ducted

My cousin and I have always been extremely close.

We were more like siblings than relatives.

My mother and her mother were siblings, however when I was 4 years old, my mother almost killed my Dad when she came home drunk. My father managed to grab his phone before locking us in the bathroom. As my mother tried to break the door, Dad called his sibling, who lived in the next state. How she managed to get to our household in under an hour is still something all of us don’t know. By the time she got there, mother was passed out on the couch, and that was when all of us packed and left. After living with my uncle for some time, all of us got a place of our own next door. That’s how my cousin and I grew to be so close. 20 years later, we are finally getting a place of our own since we want to live together. The household is wonderful, but it requires a/c. We are figuring out whether to go with ducted or ductless a/c. We spoke with a Heating and Air Conditioning specialist about the dilemma, and she has offered us much insight. She wanted us to weigh the pros and cons of both devices before making a final decision. Once we did, she had come by with her AC team and tool to fix our new a/c device. Since we have a healthy budget, we see ducted a/c as the best option. That way, we can get an energy-efficient but powerful a/c to also use during the short cold season.
