As a young girl, my Dad left, and it was just the two of us for a long time. Both of us grew accustomed to being one another’s rock. I was ecstatic when my step-mother came along, but not too sure about moving out at 19. Still, I knew it was the best thing to do if my corporation was going to grow. I moved to a city, joined a local college for a corporation degree, and continued to work for the company. The condo that I bought was quite aged and not in the best citys. But, it was all that I could afford at the time, given the extravagant real estate market at the time. I wasn’t ecstatic with the air conditioner in the house, which kept failing and making the condo uncomfortable. I spoke to my dad about it, and she was adamant about increasing the air conditioner and saving me the extra cost. She was a retired A/C specialist, so I was confident she knew what she was doing. After that, she got rid of the aged one, did some duct cleaning, and installed the current air conditioner into my home.
