I got a sore throat recently in addition to now it is a sinus infection. I am genuinely allergic to dust so I am being careful to not breathe in especially when I am terribly sick. I hope it will be gone soon in addition to I will be back to my normal healthy self however I suppose that I need to keep my HEPA filter clean so no dust blows around the dwelling. I guess I just got overtired from playing so much volleyball in addition to also I wasn’t sleeping absolutely well because I was staying up super late. My Heating, Ventilation & A/C rep told me that dust could aggravate my cold in addition to that I need to be careful not to breathe it in. I may go buy a nice UV air purifier this week to aid my Heating, Ventilation & A/C appliance in keeping the dust out of my flat. I guess they have some great appliances for a great price so I will take a look at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation this week in addition to see what they got. I just want to keep this infection out of my lungs for the next couple of days in addition to it should be out of my body by that time. I have one of those ppm meters to measure the air quality in my dwelling so I am going to use it later in addition to see where I stand. I bet there is a little amount of dust in the air in addition to once I get the portable air purifying appliance it will be a lot better. Once I eat some brunch I will go down to the store.
