My neighbor is kind of an idiot.
He is constantly being a problem.
He leaves his trash can by the curb all week. He just dumps the garbage into the can out there and leaves it open. That means raccoons or possums frequently get access to his garbage and throw it all over the place. He also likes to take personal calls right on his front porch that is spitting distance from mine. I get to hear every word he is saying, it drives me crazy. The worst is that he owns a zero turn lawn mower. He whips around on his mower so incredibly fast. I always worry he is going to run into something. We share a side lawn that he mows. It should be a good thing but I wish he didn’t mow it. My outdoor HVAC unit is right in the side yard. I own a heat pump system and it is super expensive. The heat pump was several thousands of dollars due to it offering both heating and cooling. It runs more efficiently since it does not create the heated air, simply just uses the existing air. It also is ductless and allows me to have zone control. I spent a lot to get a really good system. The outdoor unit is a very important component. That zero turn mower is always extremely close to my unit. I worry one day he is going to bash into it and I will not have heating or cooling anymore. You hate to piss off your neighbors but I will if he wrecks my heat pump system.
