Alice had to admit she was happy to be living on her own in an area that she liked.

While most of her friends were off on trips and parties, Alice was always working extra jobs to get her down payment. Finally, she managed to reach her goal and began searching for the perfect house with the help of a realtor who was her friend. Alice’s house was about half an hour from the city and required installing a new AC unit. It took some time for Alice to locate the right AC business. She didn’t want to hire just any business since she knew she’d need a service agreement for future care. Eventually, she got wind of the best AC business in the area and had them come install her AC unit. While the AC installation was ongoing in her home, Alice spoke with the AC workers about improving the lifespan of her system. They commended her on getting an AC service and repair agreement in place. The AC workers insisted it was necessary to inspect the unit at least 3 times a year to ensure all was okay. In addition, they advised Alice also to get a dehumidifier and whole-home air purification system to maintain the excellent air quality in her home.
