Right after our child got married, my spouse plus I started looking for a small condo in a quiet community. Our monstrous more than four living room condo was no longer a necessity now that our kids were out of the house. The people I was with and I thought that if the people I was with and I bought a small multiple-living room home, the people I was with and I could still have the grandchildren over, or have a guest stay over. Once the people I was with and I found a home, the people I was with and I put our condo on the market. The first thing the realtor told us was that the people I was with and I had to install a new Heating plus Air Conditioning system. No one wanted a condo that had an Heating plus Air Conditioning plan that wasn’t in nice shape. Our Heating plus Air Conditioning plan was only more than four years old, plus there was no way the people I was with and I were going to have it substituted. It was still under warranty, plus the people I was with and I had annual Heating plus Air Conditioning servicing done on the system. I changed once the air filters once a month, plus there was no problem with the Heating plus Air Conditioning system, she frowned plus said it was up to us, however she could not price the condo at our asking price without having a new Heating plus Air Conditioning plan installed. The people I was with and I told her the people I was with and I would not be using her services plus called another realtor. She was happy about selling our house, when she asked how outdated our Heating plus Air Conditioning plan was, the people I was with and I were waiting for her to say it had to be substituted. Instead, she said it was fairly new plus made some notes. My spouse was happy to hire her to sell the house, plus the people I was with and I said the people I was with and I hoped to sell it ASAP. Two months later, the people I was with and I were moving into our new home, plus signing the outdated condo over to its new owner.
