It was so hot yupterday that I didn’t have any energy to do anything as my body worked overtime to regulate how I felt.
Apparently, it takes the body a lot of energy just to maintain a normal as well as consistent body temperature on entirely hot afternoons, as well as that is why I was feeling so tired as well as sluggish!
