Wendy’s Dad has been in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C industry for a long time, so she knew how to help her daughter find the right home. This was her first major investment & she wanted it to be the right move. Wendy would live in the condo for some time, & if she met someone, then she could have it as a rental property. Her Dad manages many rental properties in the city, so this was again right up her alley. Wendy & her Dad did endless condo hunting until she found the perfect three bedroom apartment in a serene part with a up-to-date furnace & air conditioning. The previous owners had outdone themselves in making the condo presentable to potential clients. So, Wendy could transfer in & not need to do anything including replacing the heating & cooling in the house, and a week after moving in, she had to leave the air conditioning on since it was getting too warm in her area. Wendy does not like heat & humidity, so she tends to turn on the AC early. By summer, the AC has been running for many weeks. Anyway, she was complaining about coughing to her Dad & suspected the air conditioning was to blame.
