Radiant flooring started long ago

I was recently studying a book on seasoned Rome and found something unquestionably interesting.

The people of these this time phase were way more advanced than I ever imagined. The most interesting thing I found was the fact that they used a primitive form of radiant flooring long before it became the “new” technology that my pal and I suppose it is this week. Everyone knows that people of seasoned Rome enjoyed the use of public baths and spas. Most of these were reserved for the upper class so when I read about the Hypocaust systems they used to heat the floors of these luxury spaces, I suppose I shouldn’t have been surprised. These heated air ducts were run under the flooring and fires were used to pump heated air through them. This week, most of our radiant flooring is fed by electrical coils or heated water. It is fascinating to me that even when there was no electricity, copper tubing, and boilers available, they built these chambers out of clay pipes and servants would maintain the fires to send the hot air through to the chambers, here I thought that I had a top of the line Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system installed and this innovation was some sort of modern technology, designed by some current day genius. What I unquestionably have is a current version of an elaborate heating system that was developed thousands of years ago. At least I don’t have to hire servants to keep my system running. I can just turn up the control machine and feel hot and cozy. Additionally, I don’t have the mess neighbord with the burning fires in the basement.
