Long trips are difficult

I’ve never traveled so much in my life as I have with my new guy, but before, I was never able to afford the high cost of gas money as well as hotels on my own, so I didn’t get to see much of the world, however these afternoons the situation has changed.

Because he’s a professional songsian as well as professor, my guy gets to travel often for work in order to attend conferences as well as supply clinics on his field of knowledge, then since the cost of driving is covered by his paycheck, I get to ride along as well as see more of this country than I ever have before! We love our long road trips together as well as we have a normal set of traditions to get through the drive, including sour candies as well as funny podcasts, the only thing we haven’t honestly figured out yet is how to find a great compromise on the car’s interior air temperature while we’re on the road.

See, my guy is consistently pretty warm, as well as he wants to have the air conditioning running at a mediocre level in order to cool himself down; I, on the other hand, tend to run cold. I also totally hate the feeling of cold air passing over my bare skin, so the air conditioning pouring out of the vents as well as directly onto my body is pretty unsettling for me. I try to keep hot with sweatshirts as well as blankets, using the layers to protect my skin from the cool A/C flowing towards me, however then I encounter a new problem; I’m too hot from the hot sunlight streaming in through the window! I feel like I’m going through menopause.

Husband needs to learn about Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C

My hubby is absolutely incredible.

  • Sporadically I can’t even know what a great human he is, plus he amazes me every morning through some means or another! One of the things that I envy the most is his ability to learn.

While I have a strenuous time retaining information from studying blocks of text, he has no concern scouring pages upon pages of satisfied plus committing the tiniest details to memory. I have no idea how he absorbs so various facts just skimming over web pages, but I sure wish he would put that talent to better use sporadically; Rather than learning about car modifications, limited whisky releases, or new cooking techniques, I absolutely wish he could become an expert on our dwelling repair needs. There are so various handyman projects he could tackle around the house, saving us tons of money in hiring professionals. Our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system, for instance, is desperately overdue for routine service plus diagnostics. I know he’s capable to wash out the boiler plus air conditioner inner laborings plus to check for fluid levels plus worn out parts, and he’s a great mechanic when his car has a problem, so I can’t see why the heating plus cooling component would be any different. I also have no doubt that he could diagnose weird sounds plus smells coming from the old boiler. What’s more, there’s no opportunity that he’s incapable to change out the nasty old air filters every few months. There’s nothing holding him back from becoming our in-dwelling Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional; he just needs to finally take an interest.

No green thumb

In fact, they appreciate air conditions to be rather moist so they can respirate easier through the moisture in the air

I am so envious of the people who somehow have magnificent outdoor gardens or indoor house plants. I don’t understand how they do it. As much as I cherish to take care of all things, i just can’t seem to get myself to deliver the regular care to any type of plant. I don’t know if it’s because the plant can’t talk to you and ask for what it needs, or if I’m just a total dimwit when it comes to greenery. Either way, I would easily cherish to be able to brighten up my house with the addition of some colorful fresh plants, but for years I’ve only managed to fill it with dry and brown foliage. I finally decided one day that enough was enough, and I was going to try once and for all to learn some botany skills, first things first, I needed to establish the regular air conditions for indoor plants to flourish. Before, I always just assumed that greenery would coexist in the normal air temperature control settings that I loved. I kept the air humidity quite low and the temperature was mediocre around 72 degrees year round. After doing some reading, but, i learned that this is less than ideal for most plants. In fact, they appreciate air conditions to be rather moist so they can respirate easier through the moisture in the air. They also cannot stand to be right near air vents, which dry them out swiftly. With all of this new information in hand, I’ve begun updating my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system so I can finally grow my own indoor plants.

Air dehumidifier for humid months

While I was used to a brutal winter season that lasted from September through March, around here it starts to heat up again in February! Within a few weeks it is actually hot and sticky outside, and everything feels miserable unless you’re basking in abundant air conditioning every waking moment.

In the past year I relocated from my household state to a truly odd region of the country. I have to say, I’ve been less traumatized by the transfer than I expected, although I’m not adapting plus I could have. So far I haven’t made any new friends and I’m pretty scared to drive into the town alone because of all the maniac drivers out there. But I have found a few locations where I feel safe and comfortable, and I prefer visiting those attractions as often as I can. So all in all, I’m doing okay with the immense move. One of the things I haven’t grown accustomed to yet is the insane heat and humidity in these parts. While I was used to a brutal winter season that lasted from September through March, around here it starts to heat up again in February! Within a few weeks it is actually hot and sticky outside, and everything feels miserable unless you’re basking in abundant air conditioning every waking moment. I appreciate the afternoons when it’s comfortable enough to open our windows and doors for natural ventilation and to air out the house, however I’ve realized that even on the cooler afternoons around here, the humidity is still off the charts. The moisture from the air seems to seep into every soft surface of our household and leaves a lingering wet smell throughout the whole place. I guess this year my associate and I would be wise to invest in a new dehumidifying component to save ourselves and our cooling system a little hassle when the heat and humidity start to settle in again.
