I’m trying to update a lot of my appliances & decor in my home.

I recently bought a condo for a fairly cheap price in a local suburb. I do not mind the condo but it could use a modern carpets & modern light fixtures. The carpet is easily aged, it looks like something from the seventies. The carpet is yellow & yellow throughout my condo & it is the first thing that is going in the trash. However it’s a superb thing that I recently bought modern carpets to replace the old ones. I went to the hardware store the other afternoon to look at lighting fixtures. I bought a few & I also decided to buy some ceiling fans. There is only one ceiling fan in the condo & it is just as bad as the carpets. I genuinely do not even feel it works, so I decided to buy four ceiling fans that match the decor of my home. There was only one problem, unfortunately I wasn’t sure how to install my modern ceiling fans. I called my electrician to set an appointment & have him install them for me. He told me that not only do ceiling fans add more of an appearance to my condo but they also cut down on using my a/c machine during the summer. He installed my fans in the right location of each room. He addressed that on a tepid Summer afternoon having the fans on can decrease a room temperature by at least six to eight degrees. I am pleased with my modern purchases.

Growing up, I was mostly in the dining room with my mom in the evenings.

• I would help his cook and prepare meals for the week.

I didn’t mind it because I would catch up with my mom and talk about our afternoons. I would tell his about the latest drama in school and he would tell me about what he would experience at work. My number one meal to help his prepare was lasagna. It would turn out to be actually great after that I would do the dishes and clean up, but doing the dishes was wonderful but my pal and I had no garbage disposal. So my pal and I had to scrape all of the food on the plate in the trash. My parents were talking about installing one so I mentioned it to them one evening. Then after a few weeks, they called a plumber to come and install one. Because there is a great amount of people in my family, our plumber suggested installing a 1hp model. This is because since there’s more people in our home, there is more food waste. He told us that he was going to install a 1hp model that contained stainless steel parts. Stainless steel is corrosion resistant and will last longer. The plumber told my parents that the stainless steel will cost more. They didn’t care because they wanted the disposal to last longer because it would be used after every meal, then plus it would eliminate future repairs because of a better quality garbage disposal. Now after every supper that my pal and I make my pal and I will be using our new disposal.

The plumber came the next day

I remember when my brother was younger and when he enjoyed to take baths. She was particularly little at the time and every evening my mom would supply his a bath. My brother enjoyed having toys and filling the tub up high with bubbles. It was what he would look forward to every evening. She would typically pretend that he was a pirate or fish. The tub had a little net with suction cups that would stick to the side of the tub. The net would hold all of his number one bath toys that he would play with. One evening my little brother was going crazy in the bath tub. She put all of his toys in the tub and was splashing and laughing. She was having a little too much fun. My mom told his to calm down a little bit however he didn’t listen. Once he was finished with his bath, and was wrapped in his towel, he took his toy and threw it in the toilet and flushed it. My mom got angry with his and asked why he did it. She responded that he didn’t like that toy anymore and it needed to go bye-bye. The toilet automatically plugged. It was seriously pressing that my mom call a plumber. The plumber came the next day. He got the toy out by using tools and draining the water, however luckily the toy wasn’t completely down the drain. Every time that my little brother had his bath my mom made sure he didn’t go near his toys and put them in the toilet.

Living in older house has its ups and downs. I love living in an older house because there’s a lot of character to it. The outside of it is particularly Victorian with its designs. My apartment is particularly particular compared to others in my town. My apartment is one of the oldest where I am sure there’s a lot of history to it. This summer time I just painted the whole outside of my apartment to its original color that it was in the early 1900s. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it so far. The inside of my house is just as pretty as it is on the outside. When you walk into my foyer there is a grand staircase with a sizable crystal chandelier. The other evening when I was watching TV I plugged in my iphone, my ipad, and my ipad to the wall for some reason I wasn’t getting any charge to my devices. I called my electrician and he told me that it seemed like I blew a fuse. He came over the next day to check it out. He worked on the section where I plug in all of my devices. He said that since I had other things plugged in the other outlets in my living room I was exceeding the panels capacity. He suggested that since my house is older, I replace to a one hundred or two hundred amp service. By doing this I will be able to have more dependability with my outlets. I decided to replace since I would like more charge throughout my older home.

My mother grew up with four sisters. My Grandparents had a lot on their hands with all ladies. My Grandparents tried multiples times (as you can see) for a girl but they had no luck plus stopped at the seventh child. Growing up my mother had to share a lot of things with her sisters. As a twin she had to share more with her twin sister. Being the youngest my Dad was typically last in line to in taking showers in the afternoon to get ready for school. But most substantially because she’s the youngest she would get bossed around a lot to do her older sister’s chores. Getting ready for school was the hardest for my Dad plus my aunts. They had to share a tiny bathroom with one mirror! Eventually my Grandpa filled a wall in the bathroom with all mirrors so they could get ready simultaneously. However there was an issue. Because they were all ladies with long hair, the hair would get caught in the showers drain. My Grandpa would try plus unclog it himself even though she couldn’t do it. So she decided to call a plumber to do the task. The plumber tackled the hair plus was able to get rid of the clump. My Grandpa told me that the plumber would use tools plus a plumber liquid to loosen the hair out the drain… Calling the plumber wasn’t the first time my Grandpa called him. There were several times during my mom’s childhood that she would have the plumber on speed dial.
