Growing up has been quite an adventure.

• We’ve had to make substantial decisions about our living situation.

The largest is buying a household & making the right decision for a household with running water, well-handled sewer linkions, zero molds, & excellent heating & cooling. My associate and I found a household faster than my nice friend and I thought my nice friend and I would, but my nice friend and I needed to have more than 2 things fixed before my nice friend and I moved in, then one of the things my nice friend and I knew needed to be fixed was the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C installation. The previous homeowner had told us that the heating system was dead & we would need to replace it, but not even heating service could save the outdated thing. The fireplace had also been long neglected, & its restoration would take much more than heating service. My associate and I are lucky it didn’t have mold because that would have meant looking for another house. The seller sold us the household at a lower cost because my nice friend and I deducted the amount it would take to buy new heating component & pay the heating specialist who would handle the installation. To get the accurate price of each heating component & installation cost, my nice friend and I had to involve the local heating corporation so that the amount would be exact, for the fireplace, my nice friend and I had it cleaned out by the local chimney cleaning business, then had an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional install an electric heater within it, so it was an entire transition project. Once that was done, the heating worker handled heating system work & installation of the control component for each of the units. The heating dealership sold us component that’s meant to last us close to 15 years, & I hope they do because those few days were hectic getting everything ready.

After watching a questionable amount of real estate movies, my nice friend and I finally considered ourselves prepared for the actual thing, my associate and I knew that my nice friend and I needed to check the quality of the cooling & heating component & other installations before signing up, and the first household my nice friend and I saw had a heating system similar to the one in our rental & based on the trauma we would experienced when it failed us more than 2 times.

My associate and I almost had to beg the house manager to send a heating specialist for heating service in ungodly hours.

The household looked good, & we would have enjoyed it, but for its heating device. The next houses had incredible Heating, Ventilation, & A/C installation, but my nice friend and I didn’t like them. It took another three months before my nice friend and I finally got a call from the realtor that he’d found the household for us… Part of why he thought we would care about the household is the electric heater in the fireplace which had been newly installed; He turned it on & showed us the realistic flame feature that gives it an exotic look we would seen in the luxurious houses in one of the shows my nice friend and I watched. It also had a control component without the rest of the heating in the household that would let us control it, plus the overheat protection, so my nice friend and I were sure the glass cover wouldn’t heat up & break. The realtor was so ready for our questions that he even received a receipt from the heating dealership that had installed the component two months prior. My fiance arranged for an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional from the same heating corporation that did the installation to come to be triumphant that it was in working order, & my nice friend and I took the leap & closed the deal. The household was ok, & the next time my nice friend and I saw the heating worker was during the annual heating service visit.

Cooling and heating business

For years my Dad kept wishing she’d use the sunroom as her knitting section or just a place to hang out with her friends.

The complication was it was typically colder than the rest of the home because the boiler did not cover its heating, then she had tried using a portable electric heater, however her worry about the electricity bill made it an unpleasant place to relax, especially since they’d retired.

So my siblings and I, who were typically handling the heating corporation bills incurred every time they sent a heating specialist to handle heating repair and heating repair, decided to get a permanent heating unit for the sunroom. My associate and I had an idea to install a fireplace for her because it was big enough to accommodate it, and she could have friends over during winter season too. Her birthday is just before Thanksgiving, which made our plan the perfect gift if my associate and I got the heating corporation to handle the Heating and Air Conditioning replacement just before winter. Our plans went as my associate and I expected, and the week when the heating unit was installed, my sister took Dad to stay over at her place. One week was enough for the Heating and Air Conditioning professional and the construction team to install the heater. My associate and I also repainted the sunroom and had the heating dealership representative install a temperature control to make it safe for her to use without worrying about fire breakouts. Dad cannot stop raving about her sunroom, and it’s become her favorite place in the house. We’ve had repairs for the other part of the unit, however the current replacement only needs frequent repair. I hope my associate and I can keep making little home upgrades for her as gifts because the heating project was a hit.

This week is Tuesday and it was just this past Tuesday that I was starting to reuse from a entirely awful case of the flu for a week.

I think my energy level is starting to creep up again and I think by this weekend I will be back to 100% again, and yesterday I was still entirely sleepy but last night I slept for like 11 hours or so and I think that was what I needed to get my energy back to where it needs to be.

My body was entirely wiped out from that flu and my HEPA filter was working overtime as I ran the whole apartment UV air purifier all afternoon long to try and filter out the awful stuff in my flat, then my flatmate may be moving out in two months as she has started dating someone and I think she will move in with him soon. This could be perfect timing though because my Heating plus Air Conditioning rep acquaintance is talking about moving in with me in two more months once he finishes his time with the local business. I was thinking about moving back apartment to the States to be around my family however I feel like I need to stay here overseas and keep moving in the direction of my dreams with this cool band I am in. I don’t want to move back apartment and quit songs only to labor for the local business full time trying to make ends meet. If I don’t labor a lot there I will blow through all of my savings entirely fast trying to get by.
